Shipping/Return Policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders will ship within 3-4 business days unless otherwise noted. For pre-order garments we will give you an approximate ship date and follow up when your order is ready to ship. If you order a garment that is available now with a pre-order garment, they will be shipped together on the specified pre-order date unless you contact us requesting otherwise.

Do you accept returns for refund or credit?

Due to the fact that we are a small business with many one of a kind and delicate items, we can only accept exchanges or issue store credit for both in store and online orders. The garments must be unworn & unwashed with the tags still on. Please note that all sale, custom, or made to order items (Esquivel X JESSICA JOHNSON sandals) are final sale. To initiate an exchange or store credit, please email within 3 days of receiving your garment. We will send you a form with instructions on how to exchange an item or receive credit.  To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the garment(s) must be returned to us 14 days from the day it arrived to you. Clothing, jewelry, bags, candles, hats, and shoes (not including sandals) purchased in store may be exchanged within 14 days for another item or store credit. Sale items and/or merchandise ending in .99 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please be sure to mail your purchase back in the same way it was sent with the original tags and packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer a return shipping label and any shipping charges associated with your order are not refundable. For your protection, your return should always be shipped insured and with a copy of your receipt. JESSICA JOHNSON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What is the return and credit process?

Any (non sale) garment that is returned to us within 14 business days from the day you received the garment is eligible for a store credit or exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed and with the tags still on in order to qualify for store credit. Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.


Domestic Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $150 within the U.S.

How fast is your shipping?

Most of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days from Los Angeles, pending availability. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option which is only available within the continental U.S. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.
